Yesterday Microsoft filed its response to DOJ/States objection to Microsoft's request to delay the District Court's rehearing of the punishment to be meted out to M$ for its conviction on violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act. M$ filed its request while it appeals its conviction to the Supreme Court. Stay tuned.
