QuickTime 5 PR 3

is available via the update button on the QT control panel for the Apple Developer Connection release of QT 5. The "About..." selection in the Apple menu says this latest version is PR 3 but the version of the control panel and extensions is 5.0b9. Maybe this signals that the latest developer beta 9 will come out as a public beta 3.
