From the Dark Side--M$ Antitrust Verdict Due Today
from DC District Federal Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly according to this Yahoo News AP article. She will rule on whether the Justice Department-Microsoft proposed settlement is in the public interest or not and presumably also on the additional penalties sought by half of the states that did not sign on to the settlement. The proposed settlement was soundly rejected by the weight of public opinion in the form of comments on a Federal Register notice. [Dana Baggett]
