From the Dark Side--The Judge Continues to Lean Toward M$

in the continuing penalty phase of its antitrust trial with the non-settling states. She once again ruled against including evidence that Microsoft continued to violate the Sherman Antitrust Act in 2000 according to this InfoWorld article. This kind of perceived bias in favor of a defendent is usually interpreted as a judge is in reality leaning against the defendant. But M$ appears to be the "Teflon Don" of the computer world.
