Nisus Writer Express Public Beta 2.0 is Out

and available for download. Nisus announced the release of the second public beta of their all-new OS X word processor, Nisus Writer Express. It is totally re-written to be Cocoa-native so that it takes advantage of present and future advanced technologies of Mac OS X and it's superb graphics. It comes with a new user-friendly interface that fully utilizes the features of aqua, has a customizable interface, an exclusive tool drawer and a Document Manager that allows one to organize documents in one central location.

File exchange is now easier than ever, as Nisus Writer Express' native file format is RTF. There is plain text and Unicode support, and for those who exchange files with the dark side, one can read and save as Microsoft Word documents (.doc).

Nisus Writer Express also has Classic Nisus Writer features such as multiple, editable clipboards, non-contiguous selection, the trademark Nisus Writer powerful find and replace, user definable keyboard shortcuts and Classic Nisus file format support.
