iMac Ad On 7/19 Time Back Cover

From Dana "FutureMan" Baggett, "Apple must have broken the piggy bank on an outside back cover Time mag adv't which just arrived in the mail today. It shows five iMacs in a reverse letter "C" arrangement, with a large strawberry and four other colors in slightly decreasing size with blueberry the smallest at the bottom. The text says "The thrill of surfing. The agony of choosing a color." A red, solid Apple logo is in the upper right with "Think Different" under it. Nothing says Apple other than the copyright text which is in very small type. Talk about confidence in customer recognition. Very nice. At LL Bean, outside back cover catalog space is considered prime. The greatest generator of orders by far is the back cover."
