Apple's iTools Finally Updated

The number of iCard designs was doubled and one can now enter text on them. iReview's format was changed and the number of reviews was significantly increased but they still do not include Macs Only! or most other Mac-centric websites. Some 20,000 web sites were added to those certified as KidSafe. Education templates were added to HomePage.
