Follow Up--Mac OS X Sleep = Coma on iBook (Dual USB)

From Izumi Ohzawa, "Other than terminating Classic via the Preferences panel as you suggested which requires a cold restart of Classic to use it the next time, you can actually 'suspend' Classic. Then you can later immediately awaken the Classic environment (i.e. no cold restart). A drawback is that you have to use a one-line command in the Terminal application after installing my program, 'Classic'. Still I much prefer this to having to cold start Classic. Please see my web site. This makes iBook use tolerable until Apple comes out with an update." His ReadMe file cites Samuel Chambers as having discovered this workaround which Mr. Ohzawa's program enables. We have not yet tried his application.
