From the Dark Side--Penalty Hearing May 24th for Microsoft

in the final phase of the antitrust trial according to this Yahoo News article. Recommended penalties are to be filed by the Justice Department and States on April 28th. Any appeal may be expedited to the Supreme Court which is possible under the Sherman Antitrust Act. The article states that Microsoft is not in favor of an expedited appeal--well what do you know.
